The most crucial subject is security since it is a priority for survival. In order to maintain life and property safety of the people in buildings, security systems should be used. However, the existence of security systems is not enough. Integration of systems is a must for security of smart buildings.

As Mavili Elektronik, who is Hikvision’s technology partner in fire alarm systems, we know the importance of integration in smart buildings. Therefore, we cooperated with Hikvision and a complete security systems solution for smart buildings is revealed.

Both Mavili’s and Hikvision’s R&D team worked together and developed an integration with Hikcentral VMS software and Supervisor Graphical Monitoring and Control software. This integration, which is developed at plug-in level, enables operators to monitor and control fire alarm systems via Hikcentral VMS software.

As an outcome of the integration, Maxlogic & Mavigard branded fire and gas alarm systems can be managed via Hikcentral VMS software. In case of fire, the exact location of the fire alarm can be seen from graphical interface. Also camera footage of nearest CCTV will appear simultaneously. So that authorized people can examine live camera footage and evaluate the status of the premises.

As a result, integration of systems in smart buildings is a priority for life and property safety. Also monitoring and controlling of these systems by a management software is crucial for providing security of the smart buildings.
